I am about 5 feet 9/10 inches tall. I
currently weigh 120 pounds. The heaviest I
was was about 125-127. Last school year, I
participated in cross country, winter
track and spring track. I was very fit. I
still run but definitely not as often
since it's the summer.
I was just wondering if I'm okay. 120
pounds isn't that little. But, I am tall.
My bones are pretty thin. My arms look
like tree branches. I think when people
see me, they think I'm way too skinny.
I must be healthy since I'm able to run. I
think I should be a little heavier or
stronger because my immune system is
pretty weak. In the past, I had the
stomach virus three years in a row and
went to the ER all three times. I got the
stomach flu a few months ago. I was okay.
From November 2006- May 2007, I got the
cold at least 8x. I'm just sensitive to
sudden temperature changes.
What do you think?

As long as you eat enough, are not tossing
your cookies to stay thin- I think you're
fine. Thats just how you were made. As for
colds/flu/etc. I have the same problem. I
was a 'sickly' child and am the first one
to catch a bug if it's going around. I'm a
little guy (5'8" 165 lbs) and I'm 35. I
just have a fast metabolism. My
cholesterol is good, all other tests are
good. I'm just high strung and blinking
burns calories. You'll be the size you
were meant to be when you finish growing.
No worries....

Are you spending a lot of time thinking
about this? Do you still feel that you're
in some kind of situation that you think
is unhealthy?
