Advice:soon to Be 1 Yr Old Scratching Habit.... Posted: 07-27-07 07:26am
Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has been through
the following situation. I am a first time
mom soon to be 2nd time mom and my soon to
be 1 yr old has picked up a habit on
scratching everyone, especially in the
face. (including ME) I have yelled at him
and pat his little hand. ( I feel awful)
When I do it he seems to get a kick out of
it and starts to laugh. I don't think it's
funny having a scratched face all the
time. I am extremely nervous now that the
second one is on his/her way and I don't
want him to continue. I also wouldn't like
him not to interact with the baby because
of this. I feel he might get jealous and
feel mommy is not giving him any
attention. Any advice??????
