Update On the Family Posted: 07-27-07 07:50am
Hey everyone,
I know it's been a minute since I was
online, but here I am again. I was behind
on bills but I am back. Where I left off
news wasn't good on Brandon but he has
done a complete turn around for the best
and I want to start off by thanking all of
you for your prayers because they truly
helped him. He is out of his coma somewhat
and is responsive. If you ask him to blink
or try and move, or push down his feet he
does it. . so I am so excited. He can't
talk because they cut a trek (not spelled
right) in his throat to help him breath
even though he is breathing a little bit
on his own he coulnd't continue having the
breathing tube in because they wanted to
prevent wearing of his vocal cords.
This week coming up they are going to try
and move him to the rehabilitation
hospital to start on his full recovery. .
. . this is where I know your prayers
helped because they did an x ray and
before every bone was broken in his face
and alot threw his body and they were
scared because they couldn't cast him up
that his bones would heal wrong. . well
they didn't. The swelling of the mucsels
pushed the bones back in place and they
are healing fine on their own. He still
might need a cast on his leg though.
Also his liver is almost completely healed
so he won't need surgurey. I want to thank
you guys so much.
Well about me, I am moving back to new
Orleans =] . . . . my mom wants to be
closer to brandon and I have been dying to
go back the past 3 yrs. so finally it's
happening. I got my own place and my mom
got her place to. We would move sooner but
we have to give the 30 day notice here.
But by the end og Aug. we will both be
back in New Orleans. I've missed my home
so much !!!
Casey will be 13 months on the 7th of Aug.
he is getting so big and his is such a
momma's boy. He can say "Bye Bye, Bites,
No, Uhh Oh, Please, Night, Mommy, and
Nana" He 's so bright and alert with
everything and he is such a happy baby.
All in all things are going very well. . .
. My usb cord is still broken so all I
have is my sidekick but I will post some
pics from there as soon as I can.

Glad to hear all the good news! I'm happy
for you that you get to move back to your
home town! As lame as my home town is, I'd
miss it if I were ever too far away!
Thanks for the update on Brandon, it's
good to know he's doing better!
