Should I Stop Masterbation

yo whats up i am 14 years old and i need some help i dont jerk off that much mabey like once a week some times once every two weeks. but im not one of those people who are okay with this. i wanna stop for good. every time i do it i get super depressed and lash out at my mom or dad or my friends and im not a fun person to be around. i'm not a nerd either. i play football and run track and stuff and i have sh*t loads of friends but i can't get girls to save my life. i used to get a lot of girls like in 7th and 8th grade while i masterbated more than i do now(back then it was like twice or even three times a week) but i havent had a girl friend in a long while. i think its because i masterbate and god is punishing me for all the times i did it in the past. im not butt ugly either a lot of girls think im hot its just that i find my self always being really shy around girls and i think its because of smackin off. sometimes i even get the courage to ask them for their phone number but when i get to asking them out i get turned down . thats what has happened the last like 4 times i hate being alone...i hate it so much and i wanna quit so much but every time i get an urge i just give in but lately ive been tryin to fight the urges off but it still has only worked for 1 to 2 weeks and then i give in again and im still alone. also i feel its affecting my preformance on the football field. this is my 4th year playing and im no slouch player. im the starting wide reciever and last season i scored 13 touch downs recieving. for those of u who dont follow football thats pretty good.... but i feel like days when i play football one or two or even sometimes three days after i masterbate i dont play aggressive and i drop a lot more passes than i would after going a week or two after masterbating. all's i wanna do is stop for good!!! please who ever reads this give me some ways that i can stop or some ways i can fight off urges or tell me your opinoin on what i should do because i know if im able to stop ill be more open around girls and be better at football and just a better all around person to my family and friends but most importantly ill be able to forgive my self and move on to better things in life im done with my immature childish ways i wanna be a confident person and the only way thats possible is for me to stop please please please for God's sake help me out here................................
