hi everyone i hope to find you in good
health,as youve probably guessed my names
Paul and im 33 :-)lol but that doesnt
matter, ive had depression for as long as i
can remember been diagnosed bipolar,i
found it hard to get out of bed, sleeping
for long periods of time up to all hours
at night and unable to function on a day
to day basis like a normal person, anyway,i
woke this morning at 6.33am after only 4
hours sleep which believe me is unusual,i
have acquired this audio tape which i put
on at the back of 2am and played continous
through the night,it relaxes you and
wow,mind over matter is definately
something im believing in at this early
hour of the morning,i feel refreshed and
im about to go to work soon for the 1st
time in a week, good job im self
employed,or id have sacked myself long
ago,if anyone wants to try this audio tape
then message me and i will send you
it,this is not a gimmick,not a scam,i
genuinely want to help,my doctors
therapists,social worker hasnt been able
to help me in this way,all i ask is for
some feedback and if it works then to do
as ive done this morning and spread the
word, bye for now,i really hope this works
for you as it seems to have done for me
p.s this is totally
free
