Hello girls,
i booked my appointment today for
wednesday to see how many weeks pregnant I
am.I'm really nervous because i've never
been examined before and I dont know what
they're going to do.I know im probably
over-reacting but I hope I dont get a male
doctor.

Hun ill tell ya....They dont look any
longer than they have to! Lol....When
they check me they only look there when
they r sliding their hand in then they
kind of look away and tell me how dilated
I am or whatever. There are 2 male, 2
female, and 3 nurse mid-wives in the
practice I am with. One male is on some
kind of medical leave, so I have never
seen him. But the other guy I personally
don't lik. I have only met him once. So
I have good ratios. 5 women, one guy.
Lol. I like it! Don;t worry it's not
that bad!

They are right, most are men, usually they
will bring a nurse in with them. My first
few exams were kinda scarey to me also but
its not that bad. They will do it as
quick as possible and usually tell you
everything they are going to do as they go
