I haven't seen her since Thursday. I think she must've been eaten by a fox or something. I am so sad.... Crying

Oh no! That's terrible news. Sometimes When they disappear like that it's just about worse than knowing they were hit by a car, etc. Because then you keep wondering. I'm sorry. How old was she? Has she wandered off before? I hope she comes back

She's three, and although she has a cat door, she always comes back home and sleeps either between my legs so I can't roll over, or with her nasty ol butt up by my face. She used to bring us presents at least once a week (mice, squirrels, snakes, bats, birds, etc) and would leave them by the side of the bed. (Usually beheaded and sometimes eerily skinned). She has never been gone overnight before. She is the coolest cat ever. I am so soo sad. I couldn't sleep last night because my mind kept inventing how she got drug away by a fox (we have on that has been patrolling the neighborhood). We looked all over the hood for parts and bits, but have not found a trace of her. Crying

yup she's fixed. Doesn't really matter now though.

You know what really sucks? Now that I no longer have a best friend since she broke up with my brother and married some other guy a week later and moved away to Kansas, I don't have anyone to cry to anymore either. And my dog died right after christmas. And my turtle ran away in May (really!). So i feel deserted. Although the turtle was never very cuddly. And now I am having a bona fide pity parade. Send in the clowns.

I hope not. I put an ad on Craig's list, and I will make up some posters today. I just don't think there's much hope, though.

*Edited to add-I wish she were out gettin laid!

I hope that you find your kitty! I understand! It seems like each time you lose a pet a big part of you is gone(at least it seems that way to me). My cat was missing twice, it nearly broke my heart, she brings me little surprises too but anyway, one time she was locked up in a garage by accident and then I saw her running out of the garage heading home first to me for some attention and then to her food bowl and water, I think she was after a critter and then got locked in the garage for a few days, the next time I saw her coming from the dairy after missing for a few days. You know that we are here for you! Again, I hope you find your kitty, my thoughts and hopes are with you!

my sister's cat went missing for a week one time and he finally came home all beat up. he was alive though and he got better. my cat also took off on me one time when she was a kitten, the first and last time i ever let her out (she was even on a harness). i put up ads all over and in the paper and a woman who had been keeping her called and i got her back. she had been living like a princess for about 3 days at this older woman's home. i'm glad she was kind enough to call and return her. i haven't let her outdoors since and she is 9 and a half now.
