I Want to Be Prepared Sexually For My Fiance Posted: 07-30-07 20:16pm
This probably sounds funny, but great sex
is very important for the both of us. We
are a very sexually active couple. I am in
the military now, and I haven't seen her
for about 2 months now. When she visits
this coming friday, I really want to be
"ready" for. I'm a 22 y/o male, and im in
pretty good shape. I workout every now and
then, but my sleeping patterns arent good
and I do binge drink a bit. It's really
important to me that I give my fiance a
sexual experience she won't forget, or
experiences when she comes this weekend. I
want to know what I can do to fully
prepare myself, be it: cardio, weight
lifting, vitamins, diet, sleep more, any
herbal supplements, male kegels stuff like
that. Also, should I not masturbate at
all, or should I masturbate and stop
before ejaculation? Should I put lotion on
my thing at night? I want the sex to feel
the best it can with the time i have to
work with, and the ejaculation to be the
best and most it can be, like even as far
as the consistency and definately the
taste of it. I just want to be ready and
at the top of my game, that would mean
alot to me and her too!!

Well, I'd say you can masturbate, and
lotion is unnescecary, but you can go
ahead. I think that you don't really need
to prepare, but here's something that
might intrest you:
If you contract the PC Muscles in Kegels
Excercises, you can may be able to stop
yourself from ejaculating and have
multiple climaxes.

he's talking about seeing her this Friday,
Kegels won't really help that much in such
a short time. I'd say masturbate before
you have sex or you may experience PE due
to the lack of sex you've had.

Im really interested in the quantity and
it not tasting bitter, i know there are
foods that will make it taste good or
bad... which ones are the good ones, and
will masturbating without ejaculating
increase or decrease the amount of
ejaculate I will have on Friday?

stay away from spicy foods, I think. If
you masturbate without ejaculating it
would most likely cause an increase in the
amount when you finally do cum. I don't
think it has anything to do with
masturbating though. Its just common
sense, the longer you hold out the more
your body makes and stores up.

Not true.
Spermatazoa are constantly produced by the
testes and take several days to mature.
They are only stored in the epidimis for a
couple of days and if not ejaculated they
are re-absorbed back into the body.
The seminal fluid, which most people think
of as "cum", is produced on demand -
holding of ejaculation will not have any
effect on this and it is this fluid that
is affected, in taste, by what you eat.
The fact that spermatazoa take a couple
days to mature is the reason why when
trying for a baby that you are best having
sex every other day instead of everyday as
this allows some time for the spermatazoa
to mature and there fore gives a even
higher chance of conception.

I beg to differ - I always have more cum
if I haven't cum in several days. If I
masturbate 2 or 3 times in one day by the
3rd time there is hardly anything coming
out.

yes, if you masturbate several times in
one day you will probably see a reduction
in the quantity of seminal fluid - you
haven't given your body time to produce
more fluid.
but this fluid is not "stored" and waiting
several days does not mean your body will
build up a store of fluid and it also does
not mean that you have to ejaculate to get
rid of the fluid (because it doesn't build
up).
This isn't just my opinion - this is how
the reproductive organs function.

any fluids that are present in the vas
defferens and not ejaculated will be
re-absorbed by the body.
The sperm will not be moved on from the
epidimis and if not ejaculated by the time
they are fully matured will also be
re-absorbed by your body to make way for
the new sperm that you body produces.
