hi. my uncle has a peridontal disease on
the outermost soft tissue of his gums. His
gingivae is red and inflamed, and
sometimes bleeds easily. Is this caused by
some kind of bacteria or ... ?

yes if he disease in the gums there is
infection spread right through the gums
causin them to bleed thats all the dead
blood cells from the infection killing
blood cells it is vital he gets this under
some kind of control.
as gum disease causes other health
complications such as the following
Heart disease/stroke.
septiciamie -blood poisoning.
bone loss
this infection is on going the dentist
will control it with mouthwashes and
dental treatment gingivtus is nothing to
worry about i dont think.
