Go to your family and child services department. They should have plenty of resources to help you.

have your boyfriend get a job, you get a job yourself (if your doc says its ok), then after you got that go to social services and ask for some help (also if you cant afford a child adoption is a great choice for the baby)

some services the government provides are wic, medicaid, food stamps, and tanf

you may also want to look into food banks and cloths clinics

there are even some places (churches, crisis pregnancy centers) that will help out, here in virginia we have a place called the keim center, they offer pregnancy tests, support and even early ultrasounds, also classes every week until the baby is 1 year, and you go to these classes and just for going you get "baby bucks" and they allow you to order clothes and bottles and stuff from the things that get donated to them, maybe if you look hard enough you can find a place like that

Planned Parenthood should be able to hook you up with necessary information also.
