its just under the head(im cced) it like
the skin is way too tight and it wont heal
properly after masterbation. if i dont
masterbate for 2 weeks it heals but then
back again, anything that can help or is
it always gonna be like that

I believe that is called "frenulum breve"
and needs medical consultation... since it
can keep happening and when it heals it
doesn't heal as strong so it keeps
happening.
