when i wake up i have pain in my fingers my knees the balls of my feet and my upper back it eases during the day then starts over the next day

Pain in multiple joints (polyarthralgia) that disappears with physical activity should be checked by a rheumatologist. Several diagnostic procedures should be done: standard blood analyses (blood count, sedimentation…), rheum factor, ANA, X-ray image of the painful joints etc. in order to diagnose the condition.
