Hey all, i'm so stupid i don't understand
myself i mean i snack tonnes then i go
puke it all up .. i mean i don't do it
often only when i auto-snack tonnes.
i mean i find it so hard to loose weight,
i go 1 day on controlled diet and
excercise - then the next i snack my
butt-off forgetting about it ....
then ill think " i wanna loose this weight
" etc etc. but then i go back to my old
habits.
Anyways, just wondering what i should do
anyone got any advice?

Hi,
you have bulemia. I got through anorexia
and bulemia. 4 months now I have not
punged. But I do bingeing. So although I
somehow weight 53-54 kg I can not reach my
ideal 51-50 kg. during anorexia I was
48-49 kg. this when my height is 170. that
was crazy.
My advice is to stop punging. This I did
and so great is this feeling you are not
ill (at least bulemia is much much worse
then bingeing). punging is very
sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Today I binge. Ok, I did and then
what..... should I punge? ....never again.
I have now a goal. If I am strong I shall
start eating wise 3 times a day.
If you eat a bit less then normal you
shall loose weight, this is canon. The
question is how to stop when you should
stop. This is my problem too.
I consider eating your favourite food is a
best way out for the first time. Even
though this food may not be as healthy as
a porrige, it shall satisfy and give you a
feeling of no restriction, so if there are
no restrictions you wont binge, I think. I
start tommorrow. If you like my idea join
