Feeling Sick, Starting to Get Worried..need Some Help. Posted: 08-06-07 11:32am
My period ended on July 28th and that was
the end of my perscription so I had my
yearly well womans exam on July 30th. I
got a new birth control pill (ortho
tri-cyclen lo) but didn't have time to get
it filled so i just started taking it a
few days ago. (Saturday Aug. 4th) During
the time i wasn't on my pill i had
unproteced sex. Dumb, yes i know. He
didn't ejactulate in me but i do know
about pre-cum and that, that can still get
me pregnant. Anyways, I started feeling
really sick sunday morning and monday
morning. I started feeling sick Monday
before i took my pill and Sunday after i
had taken it. Could i be pregnant or is
this just my body getting used to taking
the pill and a different pill than before?
I feel nauseated and hot and weak.

Well, it could be either of those things
and there's just no way to know... so I'd
take a test closer to the end/middle of
this month.

Thanks Eiri. I am probably just being
paranoid about it all. It has only been 4
days since we had unprotected sex and it
doesn't seem like i would start feeling
morning sickness this soon. Could i be
wrong? I will still take a test in about
2-3 weeks just to be positive.

No, you wouldn't be feeling morning
sickness this soon. I think then that the
nausea is due to the pills, and I too have
had nausea during the first week on ortho
lo a couple of times.
