For the past one year , I feel that I
dream all night in my sleep, I mean all
night without a break, whenever I wake up
, I am dreaming and when I try to go back
to sleep, I feel my mind automatically
trying to continue the dream, at that time
I feel I am crazy. I don't remember a day
in this last year when I woke up feeling
rested , even after sleeping for close to
9 or 10 hours. I feel very tired, it seems
like my brain was active all night,as the
dreams most times seem to be frustrating
situations, things that I have to find a
way out of, like being mad at my
siblings, sickness of friends and family ,
accidents and stuff like that, very rarely
are they pleasant.
Earlier I used to rarely dream and now not
a single day I have woken up feeling that
I had a deep and restful sleep.
I have hollow eyes and cheeks now due to
this and I feel tired all day. Lately I
also seem to have a slight headache for a
couple of hours during the day.
I am planning to see a doctor, but would
not want to get on any meds. Any other
solution for this?
Your response is much appreciated.
Thanks!

Hey there,
Don't suppose you drink caffeine or things
like v cans (with guarana). Just a thought
but that may be doing it. i suppose you go
see a doc and see what they say since
you're not waking up rested. I think we do
dream all night but we generally don't
remember all the dreams we have or FEEL
that we're constantly dreaming while
asleep.
