i want to do family planning.what precautions i should take/is there any home made receipes. because i m too weak.
please tell me

Are you trying to get pregnant?
Are you trying to prevent pregnancy?
What do you mean by recipes? for food?
And too weak? - if you are poorly and weak avoid having sex because pregnancy will nt help.
