I'm online trying to desperately forget the pain I'm in right now. It still is only in it's beginning stages so I'm still able to focus on something. Four years ago I began getting this severe pain in my upper abdominal (right under my chest). The pain would last anywhere from 5 to 8 hours. It causes me to vomit every 15 minutes and no amount of over the counter drugs can help it go away. I've seen many doctors and no one can tell me what the pain is. I was only prescribed with Anaprox but that does not work at all. I get the pain every month, lately more frequently. The doctors don't think it is ovarian cysts (I do have them) because they say the pain is too high. They also suspect endometriosis but the pain does not come with my period all the time. Within the last few months, the pain has started lasting about 17 hours. The pain kinda feels like an intense burning pain that gradually gets worse and worse then spreads to my lower back. I'm extremely frustrated because I am always sick and I'm tired of not going to work because of it. I'm also tired of all these doctors not knowing what is wrong with me! I need any advice from anyone out there. Is this happening to you too?? Does anyone know what it could be?? Please help!
