Please Help. Very Scared.

Ok to begin with, I would like to say that i DO have a very serious anxiety disorder.

My girlfriend has been on the Pill for almost 5 years now. I have only been with her for a year tho. We do have sex a lot but i never ejaculate inside of her for fear of getting her pregnant. I ALWAYS worry she is pregnant. No matter what happens. But this time, we had sex while she was on her period. Now she is having stomach issues ( bad bowl movements, she is tired a good bit ( we just started school back by the way and are not used to getting up at 5:30 Smile ), she feels like she is going to faint sometimes and is often nasueated at her stomach. She has had these symptoms before and they just started again after the time we had sex. She is very good about her medicine except she took 1 pill the week after she got off her period, late ,and i was not informed and we still had sex. Also she was on an antibiotic. But we have talked to her gynocologist, her doctor, her pharmicist, and even her mom ( cause moms know best ) and they all said everything should be fine. But i am worried sick and throwing up non stop because of it. And no, she never had any breakthrough bleeding while on the antibiotic. And the doctor said that it shows her BC was working A ok. But i am sooooooooo freaked out. She is currently being tested for Diabetes which she has been tested MANY times in the past before... and the doctors think she is hypoglosemic ( please excuse spelling ).

What should i do? Im so scared. I always have been because i am not sure how effective BC is, and whether or not i should trust it. Do i need to worry ABout this situation? or what should i do?

ALSO i would like to add that she does not FEEL like she is pregnant... because she says girls can tell things about their bodies like that...

Please help.

First of all, it is ok to worry and to wonder! :] You are a good BF and you want to make sure everything is ok with your GF.
I am the same way, my BF is opposite, more like your GF, and never really worries and thinks everything is always ok.
But to relieve your mind, Birth Control is about 98% percent affective if used correctly.
Missing 1 pill, not good, but not tragic. In the manual it says if you miss one pill you can have sex without backup. Although, backup is always good anytime!
Sex while on Periods is somewhat of a backup with Birth control. A woman rarely gets pregnant while on her period. It can happen, but a woman on Birth Control, and on her Period, is pretty darn near safe. Anyways, if your on Birth Control its just the egg cleaning out, not really a real period.
Now the Antibiotic bit, yes those do mess with the pills. But since she had no side effects, which MOST of the time you do have, I'm sure there is nothing to worry about.
Being tired, can come from stress, different eating habbits, worry, ANYTHING!
I think school is a good excuse :].

Hey, maybe to ease your mind, you can use backup.
I know most who are on B/C don't want to use condoms, but spermacide is a good one! Its easy, maybe not as spntaneous since certain ones need to be inserted 15 mins prior to sex. But that and B/C, she will be pretty darn safe.

Worry will only drive you up a while. Wait it out, if no period comes test. Although I'm sure it will come ;]
Good luck.
Keep me informed please! :]
