... is this true? if someone is on the
pill for a certain amount of time can it
stop working?? i've been spotting a little
bit for the last couple months, so i'm
getting a little worried. do u think it is
time for me to change pills?

Well,
I haven't heard that if you take Birth
Control for a long or certain about of
time, it stops working. A lot of Women
stick to one B/C for years.
Spotting is normal, but if you get strong
breakthrough bleeding and other symptoms,
then you might want to see your gyno.
I'm not sure if the whole Birth Control
not working after time is correct, but I'm
sure for some bodies, sure maybe it can
quit working. But like I said, women take
it for years and years and it doesn't quit
working.

No, it won't ever just stop working
because you've been taking it for long.
But, if you are having spotting that bugs
you, it might be worth switching to a
different pill that is less likely to make
you spot.
Spotting doesn't mean it's not working.

Nope, not true at all. You could take the
pill for 5 years and it would still work.

(thankfully) it's still working!
