Hi im getting married in 2 months and I went today to the tanning beds, and then to a treatmeant to lose weight that is very safe but has infra red rays. Is it safe to do this???? Please answer me

I don't know, I have never heard of such a thing. What is this weight loss treatment all about, I would love to know...
