help please?
I'm am trying to lose weight the correct way, with out fad diets and/ or developing an ED like a lot of my friends.

Eat foods that your body digests easily. There's a diet called the blood type diet that claims that each blood type digests food differently. It seems to make sense and has helped me.

Also, each a little bit once an hour so your metabolism is always stimulated. I keep nuts and seeds next to my desk at work. And I eat lots of fruits in the mornings. This seems to help.

one way that worked for me was to build muscle. muscle are your bodies fat burners and uses up a lot of calories to maintain. =)
