I suffer from mild constipation,
especially now since I've been eating more
calcium because of my low bone density.
I recently have been taking the stool
softener Colace, and was wondering if it
is safe to take everyday. Is there any
risk of dependency with stool softeners?

What's it made of? Fibre is 100% safe but
if there's an intestinal stimulant
present, you'll want to be careful. Those
can be addictive.
