picking at my pimples (kinda still do it
now but not all the time)... is there any
effective way of getting rid of the scars?

i have only heard that derma and laser and
things like that work...
but i think it depends on the type of
scars you got from the pimples
i have only heard that mixing mostly lemon
and water and drinking that almost all day
helps for such scars with vitamins and
some olive oil consumption and omega
3...but i think aloe is just good for your
skin...
tell me how it is

ive been trying the aloe vera "treatment"
for a week now and some of the scars are
getting lighter ... but the old ones that
have gone darkish are still dark. ill try
the lemon water and see if it works

I couldn't afford laser and a friend who
used to have moderate acne scars used the
dermshed emuscar kit and her skin looks
amazing now.
Good luck!

I also have the same problem, I pick at
the littlest one, lol, but I find using a
face moisturizer that revitalizes skin
helps to make them fade a bit, I use one
from avon and it really helps, Another
good idea if it's your cup of tea is go
tanning because that helps the scars blend
in!!

I just bought this stuff called Palmer's
Cocoa Butter Formula Scar Serum and I
would like to recommend it. The thing is
that you're supposed to rub it into the
skin 3-4 times a day, but this stuff is
very oily and stinky, so I normally apply
it to dry skin at night before bed and/or
in the morning underneath moisturizer.
This in combination with drinking lots of
water -- it's so easy to drink lots of
water, just do it if you haven't been --
has been lightening my scars over the past
month.
