well last night around 6 i started to get
really bad cramps in my back and lower
stomach. The pain just shot up to the top
of my belly. so i thought hmnm this could
be false labor but i was due on aug 7th.
so i decided to go for a small walk. well
after walking 5 mins the pain was
horrible. i felt my stomach was hard as
hell and the shooting pain in my back and
legs was wow.... so i came right home and
laid down for 2 hrs and the contractions
were like 10 mins to 15mins then 5 mins...
so i called the hospital and they told me
to come in. i am in early labor they said
and 1 cm dialated. So they sent me home
and i now only have sharp pains in my
back, in my legs and a bit cramping. so
walking i go. so hopefully my baby comes
soon!

If you have an exercise ball, sit on it
while rolling your hips around. Or you can
stand, leaning against a wall, doing the
same thing. This will encourage your baby
to come down. Gravity is your friend right
now. I know it doesn't seem like it
though.
Make sure you have warm water for a shower
or a bath. Sometimes that helps with the
pain of contractions.
