Hi there
With any pill, you should give it a full
three months before switching. Sometimes,
it takes the body a long time to adjust.
17 days on Levlen really wasn't enough.
You may/will spot. This is normal.
Just take the pills normal, one a day, at
the same time every day. I have no idea
how protected from pregnancy you are now,
or what your period will do during the
placebo week because of the doubling-up.
It is also very normal to not get a period
the first month.
It is normal to spot for 2-3 months.
Please, stick it out and give this pill a
real chance to work. You can't just give
up because you're spotting. Many many
women spot the first 3 months.

I am still spotting and I started my pill
three months ago. It is starting to go
away now so I'm not going to switch
(because I like that I don't have any
other side effects).
This happens when you start a pill, and
often times switching won't help because
you'll just be starting another pill and
deal with another period of spotting.
