i had septo-rhinoplasty last thursday but
i haven't been able to sleep well after
the operation.10 days have passed but
still there is lack of sleep.doctors have
advised me that i shouldn't eat sleeping
pills.can someone suggest me what to do...

You poor thing!
Why do the doctors tell you not to use
sleeping pills?
I just had this same operation 14 days ago
and I think the sleeping pills helped me
very much to rest and not need the pain
medication in the night. I am sleeping
better now. I guess you could also ask
them if herbal remedies like chamomile tea
would be acceptable. Good luck! I'm
healing at the same time as you.
