Seeking Hemorrhoids Help ! Posted: 08-12-07 06:37am
Well..it's been a week of heck for me and
now I end up in a situation where I have a
Hemorrhoid which i'm afraid i'll have for
the rest of my life. I was very badly
constipated a few days ago, all backed up,
and I guess all the straining caused it to
start (which I thought was odd since it
doesn't happen very often). However before
I realized it was even there i took and
exlax to solve the constipation problem,
and somewhere between the time I took it
and it began working I started feeling the
hemmorrhoid. So I had to go through all
the elimination process with that.
So anyways, thankfully now that is over.
However, I really just want the hemmorhoid
to go away and i don't really know what to
do. I mean it's annoying but doesn't
really hurt so i'm not looking for relief.
I just want something to make it go away
so I never have to deal with it again.
Any suggestions? Does Preperation H get
rid of them or just make them feel
better?
Also it's my birthday....such a great
birthday present.

My husband has hemorrhoids and has heard
of two procedures:
1. Surgery - cutting out the hemorrhoid
2. Drying/burning it off
You'll have to see a gastro-enterologist
for an expert opinion.
