small bumbs on the base of my penis, on testicles to rectum Posted: 08-12-07 09:25am
Well this is long over due, i should have
done this years ago, here it goes...ive
just turned 19, ive had small bumbs on the
base of my penis(underneith), on my
testicles (everywhere) and as far as i
know all the way to my rectom for maby 5
years now, this lumps arnt painfull in
anyway, they where itchy at first but
havnt been for the past few years. they
dont bother me at all. they do not have
dimples, they are quite firm, i do not
have any signs of them on the head of my
penis. they are the same colour as
everything else down there. i can not pop
them and they have no fluid or anything
inside them(to my knowledge) most of them
are at the base of the pubic hairs,
although some are on the bottem part of
the shaft which have no hairs. untill
reasontly ive felt normal downstairs, as
in ive had no pain or anything. but over
the past week or so ive had some sharp
pains occur up between my legs, more to
the right side. i can only feal this
sharp pain maby once a day, i could be
sitting, lieing or standing it doesnt
realy matter, but ive only felt it maby
once a day. i dont know if anything is
related, im just telling you everything i
know. i could be experiencing some weight
loss although it could be im not eating
that much, and same with fealing a lil
tired, but that could be because i have
late nights and i dont eat much...once
again i dont know if its related just
saying it all...ive never had sex before,
nor any physical contact where body fluids
have been exchanged. i first got it when i
was living in QLD, its tropical weather
and ive read that some things can be
generated there(or somthing). im starting
to freak out, as you can see ive put of
seeing a doc for a long time, i dont know
how my family would react, im sure they
would just want the best for me its just i
need to know what it could be? its
obviously not going away or the bumbs arnt
going and comming, using common sence im
thinking that its somthing to do with
blood but then again i know nothing about
anything . these bumbs are
maby 1-1.5mm accros maby smaller. PLEASE
HELP ME IM SOO FREAKED OUT RIGHT NOW!!!

also i have tiny bumps under my armpits,
where the hair is growing, but they are
not as obvious, it actually looks normal
but if you look closly it seems to have
little bumps there aswel. Could this also
be the reason i sweat alot?

I don't think the bumps are making you
sweat and I don't think they are related
to your pain. The Pain is the reason you
should go to a doctor; the bumps sound
fairly normal. Many men have them.

Right, there doesn't seem to be any
specific reason to believe they're linked,
but we're not doctors.
Go to the doctor and mention the pain, but
do also mention the bumps. Stop putting it
off.

No, I don't think they will go away. I
don't remember what they're called, but
I've heard many guys say they have them.

I think that is pretty common, I don't
know what they are though. Just Follicles
maybe? Some people are just bumpy lol.

That's really what I think it is, just
hairless hair follicles that seem to
protrude more than usual.
It's not a condition or anything, just
part of your anatomy. I might be wrong on
this, but it seems the most likely to me
and I know it's somewhat common as I've
seen it on men before.

Are you talking about sebaceous or lymph
nodes, penile papules,
keratorypyloris(sp), dermostomymyosis(sp),
gosh there are so many.
Any way to the poster, you should
definitely get checked out by your
physician as the others have said, it
could be normal and it could also get
worse and please remember that it never
hurts to get a second opinion. Please,
don't be scared, be concerned!
I wish you the best!

From what ive seen on google images it
looks quite similar to penile papules,
although those looks like extreem
cases...but they shouldnt spread should
they? i may be wrong but i think it could
be spreading up the bottem of the shaft
very slowly...maby not at all but i cant
remember exactly unfortunatly.
And thanks for the names Sandyallen.

Penile papules are on the head of your
penis, not on the scrotum and that area.
So I don't think that's what it is.
Especially if they are the same as the
ones you're finding at the base of your
pubic hairs, I wouldn't worry at all.
They're harmless bumps.
If you do think they're spreading, or if
they itch, then that's a problem.
Why not just go see a doc and put your
mind at ease? You'll find one you like,
and you can't avoid it forever.
