Some people enjoy it, others do not.
There's nothing wrong with not liking it.
Anal sex requires lots of time, patience,
communication, and lubrication.

If you had a lot of pain, it probably
means your partner did not use enough lube
and he didn't go slow enough.
Anal sex is not for everyone. Some people
enjoy it, some people don't.

Like said above it can be completely
enjoyable if you go at it correctly. Just
like vaginal sex, it can take some time to
adjust to and become enjoyable. Go very
very slowly to start and make sure you're
very aroused. Use lots of lubrication
(duh) and try different positions. Make
sure one of you is rubbing your clit at
the same time to make it better!

i'vr hated anal! from all my heart. But
with the bf i have now, it's actually
good. Not all the time cuz u really need
to take ur time, get really excited and
use a lot of lube, and the guy needs to be
very patient. u also need to learn how to
relax ur whole body and ur anal muscles. i
would also suggest trying out only a
finger for days, or smaller toys to get
used to the feeling...and you'll see that
it can be great!

I met a women once who had to go to the
doctor after she and her husband had anal.
She formed an infection in her vagina
because they didn't do the whole going
from anal to vaginal sex properly- they
didn't clean off his penis when he went
into her vagina after it was in her anus.
Also, if you are a first timer, anal sex
may suck for the woman and even slight
discomfort for the man, meaning her anal
cavity may be too tight and not lubed up
enough and his penis may be too big for
her. Use caution, as he enters your anus
his penis can push hard enough to actually
break the skin/tissue inside the cavity,
that can also cause discomfort and
infections. I work in a medical clinic,
I've seen it a lot of these kinds of
things.
