I called my mom today to ask her how her
job hunt is going (just going back to work
after awhile off due to Breast Cancer) and
to chat. About two seconds into the
conversation she decided to let me know
she is getting married.....tomorrow!
I am completely shocked since she has only
been with this guy for about a month and
were not close before that. They already
live together as well. He is my brothers
ex-wifes father, if that all makes sense
What made really angry is I said i would
try to go but when I said I was unable to
due to obligations here (we live in
Fullerton, CA and she is going to as Vegas
for the wedding) she was really angry. I
am completely disappointed in her decision
and the fact that she did not even try to
include me until the last minute and she
just made me seem like an inconvenience.
Ugh.......
