A lot of Pain, lost 4 pounds, cramping ...

I went to the doctor last week and I lost 4 pds. I thought you were suppose to gain weight not lose it. I'm 36 week prego and I have alot of cramping and the inside of my thighs hurts like I have been walking for days. All of this just started last week I told my doc but she wasn't worried about. I cramp when I stand when I sit.. I have some pain in my vagina that I don't know what it is. Can some please answer my questions? Question

you are probably just getting close to labor. when the baby drops into the pelvis you get a lot more pressure and i have heard people say that there upper/inner thighs hurt before labor and cramping is quite normal before too.

Labor is closing in on you! I am 39.1 weeks and last week at my appointment, I had lost a couple of pounds. The doctor wasn't concerned, he just said, 'You are getting close.' If you are really concerned about it though, give your doctor a call.

my doctor is a fool. I asked her about it she ignored me. So I had to ask my mom, she said just before she had she lost weight..... So I was windering if there was anyone else that went throught it too. I mean lord it been 24 years since my mom had me.

So I called my doctor today cause I was hurting worse so she told me to go to the hospital but they said I had a UTI.....I think they are full of it. Surely that can't cause me to cramp like I am....I don't know.... anyone have any comments?

Umm, are you getting menstrual-like cramps? Because I am 38 weeks and I have been getting them for about 3 days. They aren't severe or anything, but I was maybe going to ask my doctor. Is that what you are feeling??? I think it might jsut be the BH contractions getting stronger. Are you feeling any pains in your upper belly?
