How Long For An Ulnar Nerve to Heal ? Posted: 08-14-07 01:43am
I've self diagnosed myself with a
trapped/damaged ulnar nerve.
My symptoms are constant pins and needles
in the little ringer and half of my ring
ringer, as well as the outside edge of my
left hand. These pins and needles
generally get worse when my elbow is
bent.
I work for myself and a web developer, so
spend a hell of a lot of time infront of a
computer, so my elbow is regularly bent.
I've had the problem for 7 days now, and
I've not been to see a doctor as usually
the response would be to take some
ibuprofen to reduce any selling and give
it some time. I've been taking ibuprofen
on my own but it doesnt make any
difference.
My question is, how long should i leave it
before seeking medical attention, if there
is a little damage, how long should it
usually take to heal?
