Cant Deal With Anxiety And Stress Posted: 08-14-07 11:02am
I have loads of worrisome in my head .. I
would constantly go on all day long with
confusions about my boyfriend and my
daughters. I would burst into tears and
just felt so left out of the world like
there are no answers to my concerns .. I
never know what to do that is right
without hurting anyone. I am so devastated
right now and can not be able to function
on a daily basis. any suggestions ??

Hi BB315, you are having a ton of
anxiety. If it were me , which it has
been!, I would talk with your doctor
and/or a counselor or therapist. There are
many ways to treat anxiety, some medical
and some psychological. Seew what your
doctor thinks. It sounds like depression
as well which is very often the underlying
cause of anxiety. I don't know how old you
are but us women often struggle with such
things in mid-life, not to offend anyone
abut their age, I just mean over 30. Feel
