Losing Weight While Keeping It Posted: 08-14-07 19:29pm
SO ladies, i'm sure a majority of you all
will love this topic.
I've posted something similiar to this but
no one responded
maybe i titled it wrong or something and
didn't get the attention needed.
well i'm about 5"5 weigh 145lbs.
the part of my body that i have the most
problem with is my mid-section. I'm really
happy with my thighs and my calves are
really muscler but, hey. if my thighs
aren't bulky i'm happy.
well anyway, i officially have the
weirdest body type you've ever seen. my
torso is super short, and the transition
from my back to my butt is almost one
thing. my torso is so short, it seems like
i have no curves. it's funny b/c a lot of
people consider me tall for an asian girl
but then again the only tall part about me
are my legs! i'm actually 17 ( i know,
shut up right?) but there are freshmen
girls that have more developed body then i
do.
what i wanna know is what kind of body
shape i have, because it doesn't match
anyone elses. i want to know how to lose
weight in my mid section and if i do will
i get a body shape? also, to lose weight
without losing weight in my boobs and
butt.
a lot of people tell me that you can't
lose weight without losing your boobs, and
a lot of people said that you can't get
abs without doing cardio. but if you see a
lot of girls in the clubs and what not
they have that perfect full body! not
fair. also, take a look at celebs. they
gotta do some type o f workout that target
only certain areas right? take jLO for ex.
