Hi there, there are probably several
things going on with you. Have you ever
been checked by a dentist specializing in
TMJ disorder? People prone to
stress-related illnesses like anxiety will
very often develope TMJ problems, which
can account for pain, dizziness, tight
throat, ear problems. The night jerks can
be realted to possibly sleep apnea, which
also often occurs in TMJ patients. Im glad
your heart is okay!
Also, here is a random question: does
Bassdude mean that you are a bass player?
They have notoriously horrible posture and
spine issues. Especially if you hold the
bass low. If it means you are a fisherman,
discard previous advice, LOL! Crystal

Look up hyperventilation syndrome. I
brought the book by dinah bradley and it
works wonders. Tell me how you get on.
