Hot Feet Keep Me Awake At Night Posted: 08-15-07 15:54pm
Almost every night when I lie down to go
to sleep, my feet are hot and I cannot
sleep. I lie there for hours and get up,
drink water or take advil and eventually
get a couple hours of sleep. What should
I be doing to take care of this problem?
