i am 36 weeks prego. and I was just wondering if its normal for babies to have hiccups like ALL the time. She mainly gets them at night. And i mean, she has them every night when Im getting ready to go bed. Is this normal or should I worry?

Nothing to worry about, it's normal. My little girl gets them at least once a day. It helps their lungs to develop, so let her hiccup away!!

Aww, thanks for posting this, I was worried about this too. I'm 36.2 and my girl has hiccups 1-2 times a day, it's so sweet but I did worry at first. Laughing

Oh lord, I can't WAIT for hiccups! Rolling Eyes

I would pat my belly thinking it would stop them! hahahahah...anything to be able to get to sleep. It's hard to do when your belly is jumping every 5 seconds for 15 mins! lol! TOTALLY normal!

The BEST cure for newborns/babies with hiccups is for them to suck on either water or milk.
