...how much i hate being pregnant!
ok, i know it's blessing and some people
would kill to be in my position, but i
have to whine.
i feel like i'm dying a slow death! i
don't know if this is way worse than last
time or if i just blocked it out. i
haven't done anything since sunday!
laundry is up to the ceiling, i haven't
cleaned anything in days, every so often i
manage to get some dishes done, today is
grocery day and i can't go. i'm sooo sick.
i finally threw up this morning. contrary
to my silly belief, it did not make me
feel better! and finn was laughing while i
did it! he should have been cowering in
fear, it was so violent and painful!
thank god i don't work, or else i'd
probably be curled up in a ball crying.
ijust can't wait for this part to be over.
i can seriously barely function.

Aww Bridget. I am sorry you are feeling
so bad. Maybe you are having a girl? (I
know being sicker doesn't mean anything
but my mom used to say that girls make you
sicker.)
I hope you feel better soon and at least
it is worth it in the long run!

i almost don't remember being pregnant
with finn. i think i blocked it out once i
got the prize at the end!
i remember being sick in the beginning and
i worked in a shop by myself, so i would
lock the door and run to the bathroom. if
i recall, i would be fine afterwards
though.
then i got a new job and was fine during
work, but the minute i got home i would
drop my stuff and run for the bathroom.
i don't remember when it got better. i
want to say 12-13 weeks, but i really
don't remember.
then i was put on bedrest for the last 6
weeks or so, but even now that didn't seem
so bad (even though we had no a/c and it
was 100* inside every day).
i'm just drained. probably because i can't
just lie around (though i do my fair
share), i have to take care of finn.

That is probably the reason for it. Now
you HAVE to run around all day and take
care of Finn so it is making it worse on
you

thankfully he's an awesome baby. he's
having quiet time in his crib right now. i
put him in with a book and a toy and he'll
play in there for at least 30 minutes.
he was driving me crazy. he was bugging me
to taste my ginger ale, i thought if i let
him try it he wouldn't like it since it's
so fizzy and crisp. nope, he loved it!
after the first sip he just stood next to
me growling and whining until i gave him
more. so i had to banish him to his room
so i could sip it in peace.

exist. i wok up at 538 and couldnt sleep i
was so nauseous. im constintly eating
something or i think im gunna vomit.
i can just picture finn laughing at you
and its hilarious.

If women didn't block out the terrible
parts of pregnancy/childbirth, the human
race would be extinct! I hear you on the
icky pregnancy junk. My husband says I am
NEVER allowed to get pregnant again. I
guess I was pretty awful to be around.
Heh.
I know you are early in, but remember it
is over in 9 months. Which sounds like a
lot now, sure, but when its over you'll
block all this yuck out. Meaning: You
aren't going to remember this in a year!

Awww!! B! I can TOTALLY relate to what
you're going through! It DOES suck, and
I'm blessed to have such a laid back child
too. She'll just play and play all by
herself with no mommy interaction if she
has to! lol! Thank GOD!
But even though she's chill, I HAD to be
Mommy and pretend nausia didn't exist.
Which was harder than you'd believe.
I think, in that period of this prengnacy,
I came on here like 3 times. I didn't want
to move, leave the house, or even
function!
But, now it's over and I"m abosultely
cannot wait to start showing! (besides my
left over baby fat from Oni..blah, what a
mess!)
Oh, and on the gender determination from
the amount of nausia...I thought it was
the other way around, A woman gets more
sick if it's a boy! LOL! Damn wives
tales!

i just want to announce that i just threw
up again. i know i was never sick twice in
one day with finn.
is it gross that i'm choosing the kitchen
sink over the toilet? actually, the first
time i consciously chose the sink, the
second time i just happened to be making
finn a bottle when the urge hit.
i'll look on the bright side. if this
keeps up at least i won't have to worry
about fitting into my wedding dress or
not!

Sorry, that sounds pretty awful. If it
continues like this, you really might want
to think about some meds. Wouldn't it be
something if you had to have your dress
taken in?
If it makes you feel any better, I've
thrown up in the tub before.

I'm so glad your feeling awful (geez, what
kind of person am I?!)
Maybe, just maybe you've got 2 little ones
in there....hence throwing up twice?
I'm glad Finn is being such a good little
sport for ya. You're a very lucky mommy!
