Take your pill in the morning instead of
the evening. You can even get into the
habit of doing this starting with the
placebos tomorrow, by taking it at
breakfast. It's obviously not going to
affect you but you'll be in the morning
habit when the active pills come along.
I found I got nauseous if I took them at
night too.

Absolutely not. As I said, start the new
schedule with the placebo pills and there
will be no problem.

I was on orthotricyclen lo, and I was
nauseous for 7 months straight...24 hours
a day, 7 days a week. It was horrible. I
ended up switching to Lutera, and things
improved drastically.
It all depends on what your body reacts
to, and it's a trial and error type of
process, unfortunately. Nausea is a
common side effect with all brands of
pills, especially within the first 3
months or so. It should subside after
that. If it doesn't, I would suggest
going to your doctor and talking about
switching to a different brand. You
should give it the full 3 months, though,
to give your body time to adjust to the
pill. And if it doesn't get better, then
switch. There are plenty of different
pills out there, and they all are equally
effective...so don't give up!
