1. Any tablets or medicine have to be
packed separately in a carry-on (a plastic
zip-loc bag is a great way to do this) and
in an originally labeled container. If
they are not in an originally marked
container, they probably will be
confiscated. The best thing to do is put
them in a checked bag.
2. I have a lot of experience with
creatine. Here are some general inputs:
a. Some people respond to it, some do not.
If you respond to it, you will see some
slight strength gains and better endurance
on your lifts. You will not receive
anything like the hype that you have
heard.
b. You do not need to go through the
"loading" phase that manufacturers
recommend. Your body can only tolerate so
much creatine at a time (about 3 grams).
You will reach a saturation level using
about 5 grams a day for two weeks. The
loading phase is a way for manufacturers
to get more of your money.
c. Creatine can cause cramping because it
is absorbed in the intestines. Make sure
you drink plenty of water when you take
it.
