Hi , Im 17 and i broke up with my
girlfriend about 4 months ago now .
We was having sex ( always protected may i
add ) for about 1 year ish .
We have now broke up and i haven't done
anything like that for 4 months anyway ,
lately everything to me has become a turn
on .
Like anything , even the slightest thought
or image of an attractive woman and i've
had this incredible urge for sex.
It has resulted in at least 3 times a day
masturbation.
Now to my question , is this harmful or
normal and can it have a negative effect
on my sex drive when i do meet someone
else?

That's fine. Masturbating three times a
day will not harm you. You can masturbate
all you want. The only time it would ever
be a problem is if you felt you were
masturbating so much that it was
interfering with the rest of your life.

I agree with Llewellyn, you can't
masturbate too much. But be kind to
yourself and try to use some lubricant as
you are stroking away so as to not
irritate or chaf the skin on your penis.
