Watching fats and sugars are essential in
weight loss. But remember our bodies need
certain nutrients that foods do provide
us. If eating meats, do so in moderation
with lean cuts, and use energy foods like
veggies and fruits to take up the majority
of the hunger pain. Walking and swimming
are great ways to lose and keep your heart
healthy and body trim. Water is another
way also so you deny those sugar drinks.
If your like me I am so adapted to
tasteful beverages and water doesnt work
for me. But in time it will be the best
drink you've ever had ! Add slices of
oranges, lemons, or a cherry to give you
something to look forward to at the bottom
of the glass. Its healthy too.

Balanced diet and excersize. As the others
suggested, but also try drinking green tea
like twice day, green tea has been proven
to boost the metabolism by 3%. Or you can
try other herbal teas along with a
balanced diet and excersize.
