I'm pregnant with my first, and I started leaking colostrum at 18 weeks! I asked my OB about it, and he pretty much said pregnancy hormones affect different women differently, and yes, they can cause some women to leak very early on! Thankfully, it hasn't gotten much worse yet (I'm 24 weeks now), but every day, I do leak a few drops and especially overnight. I wake up and my nipples are all crusty from leaking.
