White Cell Count

I recently had fluid drained from my knee.
It came back with a white cell count of
9320 - yet my blood work came back
normal.
Can anyone shed some light on this. Even
my doctor is unsure why this happened.

forum, does some one suspect it or have
you allready had it ?
