Anything... from ovarian cancer to just
gas from a bad taco.

Is the appendix on the right or left
side?? It could also be ovarian cysts. If
it continues I'd go and get it checked
out. It could be nothing to worry about
but its always good to know for sure right

The appendix is on the right side of your
own body, and the left side of someone
else if you're "looking" at someone. But
if you wanted to place a hand on your own
appendix, you'd use your right hand on the
right side of your stomach. And yep, it
could be just about anything.
