Hi,
i heard that taking evening primerose oil
improves the quality and the quantity of
the cervical fluid. What do u think?

Epo is said to improve cervical mucous.
It's effectiveness varies from individual
to individual.
You might also want to try robitussin.
It doesn't increase cm but it thins out
what you already have and makes it more
sperm friendly. The two work well
together.
Please remember, if you take epo, that you
must stop using it after ovulation as it
can cause uterine contractions that may
interfere with implantation.
In addition, the robitussin must be the
plain kind (guaifenesin only). The types
with added decongestant can actually dry
up cervical fluid.

Have been off the pill for 9 months cant
get period back and getting worried is
primrose good for helping get it back?
