Have you seen a chiropractor or a physical
therapist?

no i haven't seen either. my dr. doesn't
suggest it till they figure out what is
wrong with me. by the looks of things it
doesn't look like they are going too. mybe
i should go see one of them.

Just a suggestion but could you ask your
doctor for an x-ray or better still, an
MRI. If there are some changes (like
Sillyakchick indicated) in your spine, a
fracture or degenerative disc disease
would show up. DDD is basically arthritis
in your discs because as you age, the
discs begin to harden, change shape or
bulge, causing nerve pain.
You can't start to get over the pain until
you find the cause. Try to get a referral
to a spinal surgeon or osteopathic
physician, so that they can look for it.
