I was told by my OBGYN that I have HPV/genital warts. Its still new to me and learning more each day. My question to you people is..... can I reinfect myself? Im now single after a 8yr relationship and have "toys". Can I use my toys without risk of reinfection?

You're permanently infected is the most accurate answer. HPV is a virus, so once you have it, it's permanent.

Even if you never develop warts, or they go away for a period of time, you will ALWAYS have the virus in your body - forever. So you can't re-infect yourself, just like a person with AIDS can't catch it "again" from anyone else or from their own blood, because you still "have" it.
