Chronic diarrhea could be one of the symptoms of AIDS, but with a negative HIV-test, the diagnosis seems out of question. If 6 months after the risky sexual behavior the HIV-test is still negative, you are probably not infected. Testicular pain is not typical during an HIV-infection. Some genital infections (including Chlamydia-infection) can cause testicular pain if the testicles are affected. But since the Chlamydia-test is negative, Chlamydia is also out of question. You can visit a urologist to check out that testicular pain that you describe. Unprotected oral sex is considered a risky sexual behavior. It is especially risky if there is an erosion present on the mouth’s mucosa, penis’s skin or vulval skin.
