Ringing in the ears and burning eyes are not symptoms of pregnancy. Burning eyes, rather, are possibly a symptom of conjunctiva inflammation (conjunctivitis). You can check that out at your GP's office. Ringing ears could be due to an ear disorder or blood pressure disorder. You can check the status of your ears with an ENT-specialist (ear, nose, and throat). Your General Practioner can also check your blood pressure.
